This information is displayed as such:

Weapons EUs ToHit Damage Parry Ammo
WeaponName (#) .5 9+ 1d6
(THROWN) 18+ 1D6
WeaponName (#) 1 9+ 1d10

Please make it display thusly:

Weapons EUs ToHit (thrown) Damage (thrown)
Weapon1 (#) .5 9+ (18+) 1d6 (1d6)
Weapon2 (#) 1 9+ 1d10

On the C-Sheet there is a Notes section, as there should be, but this is a place for players or GMs to add notes pertinent to the character. THere should be two new sections added. I suggest to the right of the C-sheet there be a section called: 'Notes From the Player' and another labled 'Notes From the GM'.

This will provide a place for character pertinent correspondence betwixt the two so that they can bring items to one another's attention without flooding the common message area where the adventure takesplace. It also keeps notes about a character with the character.

An example might be:

Player (In 'Notes From Adam': Hey Bill, Cephy is gonna learn Modifier:Ranged.)

GM (In 'Notes From Bill': Adam, you have eight (8) Spell Slots to Allocate! You are encumbered by two (2) EUs! You are already learning three (3) skills: that is your maximum!)

To the prciple statisitcs section, that which contains HP and IM and such-like, add: Spells per Day: (x); and Shifts per Day: (x). Each shouls have o o o o o checkable circles that both the Player and the GM can toggle on, but only the GM can toggle off so that the GM can control when a player gets one of these back. Heck, if you wanted to, you could even have the GM click a Time of Day button on the master campaign page that will automatically update these on all sheets at the appropriate time (moon's apex for spells / dawn for shifts).

I propose four security roles for character sheets: GM Player-Owner Browser and Rejected

Rejected can't even look at a c-sheet.

Browser can see all but change nothing.

Everything on a sheet should be editable by GMs.

Description Notes and Notes From Player should be editable by player-owner without approval.

Equipment Artifacts Weapons and Armor should be editable by player, but flagged for approval. Unapproved requested by a player-owner, that the player-owner wants to recall may be removed wihtout approval.

On the security roles: don't call it "rejected" -- aside from sounding really negative, its not a very standard term. Try "restricted" or "prohibited" or simply "none". Also, does this site even have the capability to restrict access? We don't log in, so how does it know who's who?

On the notes from/to GM -- reuse the group posting capability that this site hs to begin with! Create an area for each and every character just like the area this very post is in.

I agree with greggs comments on the subject. Prohibited sounds good, as far as the notes goes, i agree, except I think that they should be deleted after they are addressed. To my knowledge, that makes using this type of posting difficult.
