WS: shoul have an interface wherein you can choose from +1 ToHit, ToDam, ToParry, or ToInit.

THat is correct. Weapon specializations will be resolved just like weapon proficiencies, however only resolved WPs are listed. And thanks for reminding me about the parry/dam/tohit.
